Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms apply when you buy services from Cinch Consultants, a trade name of Roos Enterprises LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("we", "us"). If you and we sign a separate written agreement or order form, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

What we sell

We build and host websites for small businesses, and we design and build AI tools, automation and related technology services. What is included in each job, the price and the schedule are set out in a written quote or order form before any work starts.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We take payment by card through our payment processor, Stripe. Project work may be billed as a deposit and milestones, as the quote says. Subscription plans (such as website hosting and care plans) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. We will tell you before any change to the price of your plan takes effect.

Refunds

Subscription plans (such as website hosting and care plans): you can ask for a full refund of any plan charge within 30 days of the date it was made, for any reason. After 30 days, plan charges are not refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

Project work: a deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts. Once work has started, you pay for the work done up to the date you cancel, and we refund any amount paid beyond that. Your quote or agreement may set other terms for a particular project.

To ask for a refund, email hello@cinchconsultants.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge it is. We send refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before you dispute it with your bank, and we will work it out with you.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription plan at any time by emailing hello@cinchconsultants.com. There is no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it will not renew after that.

When a website plan ends, we send you a copy of your site files if you ask for them, and we remove the site from our hosting after 30 days. Your domain name stays yours: it is registered in your name with your own registrar.

For project work, you can cancel before the work is finished by emailing us. Refunds for cancelled projects follow the refund section above.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the text, photos, logos and data you give us, and you confirm you have the right to let us use them for your job. Once you have paid for a project, you own the finished work we deliver to you, except for third-party software and services, which stay under their own licenses. We may reuse our general methods, templates and know-how in other work.

Third-party services

Our work often relies on other companies' services, such as hosting providers, AI model providers and domain registrars. We choose them carefully, but we are not responsible for their outages or changes. Some of them may charge you directly, and we will tell you when they do.

No guarantees

We do our work with care, but we do not promise that a website will be available at every moment, that it will reach a particular search ranking, or that AI tools will always give correct answers. You should check important output from any AI tool before relying on it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes do not apply to charges made before the change.
