Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Cinch Consultants, a trade name of Roos Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"), collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you include when you email us or work with us.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, billing address and the last four digits of your card, but we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your data is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Project information: content and data you give us so we can do your job, such as website text and photos.
- Website visits: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask for
- To bill you, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations
- To keep our services and this website secure
- To send you occasional messages about our services. Every such message tells you how to opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor, email provider, hosting provider, accounting software and, where a job calls for it, AI model providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep client and billing records for as long as tax and business law requires, usually seven years. We delete project content within 90 days after a job or plan ends, unless you ask us to keep it or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it. Email hello@cinchconsultants.com.
Security
We use encrypted connections, multi-factor sign-in on our business accounts and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
